Give your plants the airy, well-draining environment they love with our Chunky Soil Mix, a specially designed growing medium that helps improve airflow, drainage, and healthy root development.

The chunky texture creates plenty of space between the ingredients, allowing roots to breathe while excess water drains away. It’s an excellent choice for plants that are prone to root rot or prefer a more open, well-aerated soil mix.

🌱 Benefits

• Excellent drainage – Helps prevent water from sitting around the roots and reduces the risk of root rot.

• Improved aeration – The chunky texture allows oxygen to reach the roots, encouraging strong and healthy growth.

• Promotes healthy roots – Creates an ideal environment for roots to spread and develop.

• Helps prevent compacted soil – Keeps the growing medium loose and airy for longer.

• Retains moisture without becoming soggy – Provides a good balance between moisture retention and drainage.

• Ideal for many houseplants – Particularly suited to aroids, tropical plants, orchids and other plants that enjoy a well-draining growing medium.

How to Use

Use on its own for plants that require an especially airy growing medium, or mix with your favourite potting soil to improve drainage and aeration. Always use a pot with drainage holes.
